Building a home? Build the vacuum in.
The best time to install a central vacuum is before the drywall goes up. We rough in at framing, trim out at finish, and coordinate the whole thing with your builder.
How it works in a new build
Plan with your builder
Send us your floor plan and we design the tubing runs and inlet locations, usually one inlet per 700-900 sq ft, before drywall goes up.
Rough-in at framing
Our crew runs the tubing and low-voltage wire while the walls are open, coordinated with your builder's schedule. Fast, clean, and out of the other trades' way.
Trim-out at finish
After paint, we install the inlet valves, mount the power unit, test the whole system, and walk you through it. Your home is move-in ready with the vacuum built in.
Because the walls are open, a new build gets the cleanest tubing runs, the most flexible inlet placement, and the lowest installed cost the system will ever have. It is also the ideal moment for upgrades like Hide-A-Hose or a complete home system package. Already past drywall? No problem, about 95% of finished homes can still be retrofitted.

What our customers say
“I went to the Beam Showroom after speaking with them on the phone. They were patient, gave a full demonstration of the different options and answered all my questions. Installation was very professional and quick. I would highly recommend them.”
Debbie K.
“BEAM installed our vacuum system more than 10 years ago. The serviceman was very professional, did a great job and it was more than worth the price. The vacuum works better than ever and we probably added several years to the life of it.”
